implies that we should not busy ourselves in our own concerns or the concerns of our countries alone. We must fix our thoughts upon those goals which will rehabilitate the fortunes of mankind and sanctify the hearts and souls of men.

TOTAL QUALITY PERSON (TQP) or a World Citizen
by educating & developing all the 3 realities of life i.e. (i) Material (ii) Human & (iii) Divine so that he/she may unite the hearts of (a) his own home (b) his own country & (c) his own globe.

1. CMS is also making every efforts for the past 49 years for protecting the child from becoming A TOTALLY DEFECTIVE PERSON (TDP)' because such a person will become the cause of disunity of (a) his own family (b) his own country and (c) his own global society.

2. CMS is developing every child as a TQP by motivating for all the 3 classrooms of a child i.e. (a) Home (b) School & (c) Society and providing guidance to every child by organising 27 international educational events yearly. This conference of Hon'ble Chief Justices of the World is one such educative International event for the education and training of over 42,000 children of CMS and through them the other two billion children of the world and the generations yet to be borne to teach them to be TQP and law abiding global citizens.

3. CMS educational FM Radio stations at (i) Gomti Nagar and (ii) Kanpur Road branches are relaying Nine Hours programme daily on AIR for educating students, teachers & parents of the entire community of Lucknow for making every child a TQP or a law abiding global citizen. CMS is the only school of the world to have its own two FM educational Community Radio Stations.

4. CMS makes Television programs based on (i) material, (ii) human and (iii) divine education which are daily aired on TV channels such as (1) Aastha, (2) Zee Jagran, (3) Sadhana and (4) Local TV channels and other innumerable activities for the education of (i) Students (ii) Parents and (iii) Society for making them TQP or a law abiding global citizens.

5. CMS is constantly making educative children's films through its own 'Most Modern and High Tech Film Studio' for the education and training of the mind of every child of CMS and the world to make them TQP or a law abiding global citizen. CMS is the only school of the world to have its own Educational Film Division.

6. CMS is organising every year Children's Film Festivals free of charge in April, May and June in local cinema halls and at its own two CMS auditoriums in (i) Kanpur Road & (ii) Gomti Nagar branches and also (iii) at all the CMS branches at the total cost of CMS for the education of all children of Lucknow to save them from watching vulgar and pornographic films and for making them TQP or law abiding global citizens. CMS never accepts any kind of advertisement on (i) its two Radio Stations or (ii) in its Film Shows. Everything and every event of CMS is purely educational and nothing commercial.

If a child is not educated to be Total Quality Person (TQP) he/she will definitely become a Totally Defective Person (TDP) and will break National and International Law and disunite (1) his own home (2) his country & (3) his own globe.
